Sculpt Your Core in our PILATES CLASS. Strengthen your back, tone your abdominal muscles and improve your posture. Climb on to our Reformer and feel the difference the springs and pulleys can make. Take your knowledge outside and apply it to all your activities to make them safer and more effective. Pilates will help anyone from the client using it for physical therapy to the client using it for athletic conditioning. Let Pilates improve your quality of life!


Tower Pilates

Improve Your Flexibility in our TOWER CLASS. Stiff back? Achy joints? Enjoy freedom of movement, release muscle tension and rehydrate connective tissue. We convert the Reformer into a stable surface where we use the springs from the Tower to help articulate your spine and to fix muscle imbalances. You will leave feeling taller and happier than when you walked in.


Jump + Reformer

Boost Your Cardio in our JUMP+ CLASS. Improve your heart health, lose weight & reduce stress! Ever use the words fun and jumping jacks in the same sentence before? Neither did we until we found a better way to jump! Where else can you jump on a trampoline while you are lying down? Burn calories with our fun, energizing & low-impact Jump+ class.


PSM Suspension + Pilates

Perfect Your Balance in our PSM Suspension CLASS. The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) will increase your body awareness, improve your coordination and gain greater stability. Using your own body weight, you will strengthen your core by using suspension trainer. Learning how to stabilize yourself will help prevent falls, quicken your reaction time and enhance your athletic performance.


Barre + Pilates

Gain Strength and Tone with BARRE + PILATES! Love Pilates and love Barre? We get a bit of both in this class - you’ll lengthen on the reformer and strengthen on the Barre. Barre works on posture, tones legs and challenges balance, too!
