Read MoreI was texting with a friend this morning and catching up on her life and mine. She informed me a couple she is good friends with - husband and wife both 53 years old - have been moved into hospice as they are battling different terminal cancers. That is not that much older than me and truly heartbreaking. She said, “I’ve learned something from this experience of helping my friends at the end of their lives - don’t sweat the small stuff.” Some times we need these reminders to really take stock of what is important and what is not.

The ladies both mentioned with all the closings and limited activities they found themselves lacking the motivation to do the things they wanted to do and could do like Pilates. I in contrast have been quite busy with Health & Nutrition Training at IIN, Teacher Training at the Studio, and teaching lots of Pilates. As a result, I have found myself more productive!
