Read MoreWe’ve had a fairly mild winter here in Kentucky with only a few sub freezing days and just a dusting of snow so far. That being said, it’s been gray and damp and the kind of weather that makes you want to curl up on the sofa not head to the studio or go after your goals. Read MoreI imagine by now all have heard the horrible news of a helicopter crash that took the lives of nine people including Kobe Bryant and his daughter. It’s devastating to think about those losses and the families affected. Even though most of us can’t say we know these people, we can empathize and be saddened by lives cut short.
